<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>根据《长沙高新区落实省市政府加快移动互联网产业发展政策的实施办法》（长高新管发〔2014〕30号）、《长沙高新区移动互联网产业发展专项资金评审管理实施细则》(长高新管发〔2014〕70号)以及《关于修订〈长沙高新区移动互联网产业发展专项资金评审管理实施细则〉房租补助政策的通知》(长高新管发〔2015〕112号)文件的规定，现将长沙高新区移动互联网企业2017年1-6月房租补贴申报工作的有关事项通知如下：<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”><pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>一、支持对象<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>
<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（一）主要针对2014年1月1日后新注册或新迁入高新区且工商注册登记、税务征管关系以及企业租房均在长沙高新区麓谷范围内的专业载体内的移动互联网企业、机构以及创业团队。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（二）主营业务应为移动电子商务、移动支付、移动娱乐、移动阅读、移动社交、移动定位、移动教育、移动医疗、移动广告、可穿戴设备、移动车联网、智能交通、智慧物流、智能家居、物联网、北斗导航等移动互联网产业相关技术、产品（软件）、平台的研发、生产、应用及服务。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（三）移动互联网收入占企业营业总收入的比重原则上不低于30%。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（四）产权明晰，管理规范，遵纪守法，有严格的内部财务管理制度，及时按财政部门要求上报财务信息。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（五）遵纪守法，依法纳税，无任何欠缴、偷漏税行为。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（六）其他应具备的条件。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>
<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>二、申报资料<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>
<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（一）《长沙高新区移动互联网产业发展资金申请表》（见附件1）；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（二）《申报承诺书》（见附件2）；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（三）《企业基本信息表》（见附件3）；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（四）企业营业执照复印件，国、地两税税务登记证复印件和组织机构代码证复印件；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（五）经注册会计师审计的企业上一个会计年度财务报表以及企业企业2017年6月财务报表；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（六）《移动互联网产品汇总表》（见附件4）；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（七）企业创办或领办人在国际或国内移动互联网知名企业（近三年营业收入排名国际前20名或国内前10名企业）工作经历证明，包括知名企业证明材料以及申报人与知名企业签订的劳动合同等（此项材料为新引进移动互联网领域高端人才创业或领办的企业提供，其他企业则不需提供）；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（八）《房租补贴明细表》（见附件5）；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（九）《租房合同与发票清单》（见附件6）；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（十）房屋租赁合同及付款发票复印件；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（十一）提供本次申报期内连续三个月企业社保缴纳情况表，加盖社保局公章(此项材料租赁面积不足100(含)平方米的可不提供)；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>（十二）企业员工劳动合同复印件，要求按社保清单顺序排放。(此项材料租赁面积不足100(含)平方米的可不提供)。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>
