<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>为加快实施我省中小企业“上云”行动计划，有效推进云服务产品与中小企业的对接，决定面向省内外公开征集、遴选、推广一批优秀云计算产品和服务（以下简称“云产品”）。现将有关事项通知如下：<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>
<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-size:14px;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:16px;”>一、征集对象<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>
<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>综合性云平台及机构、行<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>1、基础设施类：包括但不限于云服务器、云主机、云存储、虚拟网络、云安全、桌面云等云产品。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>2、业务应用类：包括但不限于政策、信息、服务、营销、企业办公、会议、人力资源管理、行政管理、财务管理、企业采购管理、生产管理、销售管理、供应链管理、电子商务、客户资源管理、计算机辅助设计、产品开发等云产品。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>3、平台系统类：包括但不限于云数据库系统、大数据分析、物联网、智能制造、开发平台等云产品。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>
<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-size:14px;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:16px;”>三、推荐条件<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>
<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>1、平台或机构应注册成立1年以上，在业内有一定的知名度，无不良信用记录；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>2、平台或机构应具有较强的云计算能力，服务人员不得少于20人；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>3、技术成熟、已商业化的产品，适用于中小企业，拥有或授权使用相关云产品的知识产权；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>4、产品已服务湖南省内中小企业不少于10家；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>5、为湖南省中小企业“上云”提供优惠的价格；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>6、能够按照湖南省中小企业“上云”行动计划要求，及时精确报送服务湖南省内中小企业上云的相关情况。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>
<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>四、推荐资料<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>
<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>1、《云产品推荐申请表》（见附件1）；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>2、《申请推荐云产品汇总表》（见附件2）；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>3、相关材料（五证合一营业执照复印件、主要专业技术人员从业资质证明、机构资质证明或荣誉证书、知识产权证明等）；<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>4、平台或机构简介（500字以内）。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>请符合推荐条件的云平台或机构在2018年2月28日之前，将上述推荐资料报送省经信委。省经信委将根据申报情况组织遴选，发布推荐产品目录，并根据服务效果实行动态调整。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:1.5em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>
