<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>一、事项名称：对获得清洁生产审核验收的企业进行奖励。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>二、申报对象：在长沙金霞经济开发区（以下简称“园区”）工商注册、税务登记、实际生产经营，且获得长沙市清洁生产审核并通过实地验收的工业制造业企业。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>三、申报时间：每年一季度集中受理上一个年度通过清洁生产审核与验收企业的奖补。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>四、设立依据：根据《中华人民共和国清洁生产促进法》、《湖南省实施<中华人民共和国清洁生产促进法>办法》，特别是长沙市经信委《关于印发<长沙市工业清洁生产规划（2014-2020）>的通知》(长工信发［2014］141号)中关于对通过清洁生产审核验收的企业进行奖励的相关政策。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>五、申报资料<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>1、企业营业执照、税务登记证。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>2、企业通过市清洁生产审核并实地验收的批复或证明文件。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>3、企业获得清洁生产审核验收的相关技术资料。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>六、奖补标准：园区对获得清洁生产审核验收的企业奖励暂定四年，即从2017年-2020年，对在此期间获得长沙市清洁生产审核验收的企业，按照市级和园区共10万元标准进行奖励，即在市级奖励的基础上，不足10万元的部分由园区补足。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>七、申报程序<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>1、企业完成清洁生产审核并经实地验收后，提供相关资料向园区产业发展局申请奖补，产业发展局受理资料并进行初审。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>2、园区分管产业发展的领导召集园区相关部门进行联审，并对照企业获得清洁生产审核验收当年的长沙市实际奖励标准，拿出是否需要进行奖励补差和补差额度意见后，提请园区党工委会议研究。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>3、认定结果在园区门户网站公示5个工作日，公示期满无异议的，由园区财政分局按资金支付程序进行拨付。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>八、责任领导：罗辉<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>九、承办部门：园区产业发展局<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>十、责任人：王宇州<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>十一承办人员：伍隽<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>十二、办理地点：园区办公楼4011办公室。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>十三、服务电话：0731-88482577。<pstyle=“text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;”><spanstyle=“font-family:宋体,font-size:14px;”>十四、监督电话：0731-88482572。<spanstyle=“;font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px”>
